We also have knitting needles, crochet hooks, knitting leaflets and books, crochet cotton plus a range of cross stitch designs including the popular Shepherds Bush Christmas stockings

All yarn prices are per ball. For any assistance with quantities or colours, please email hello@crafteecottage.com.au. If you have a query, unsure of products, or you are after something not listed on our website, you can also place an order via email.

Yarns - make your choice via the brands or via your choice of ply, colour etc. You can then add your quantity once you click on an item. You can view the whole colour range when you click on "more info" and "view all colours". You can add any special requirements via the comments box at checkout.

Processing your order:

Once we have received your order, we will notify you to let you know it has been received. We endeavour to send out all orders within 3 days of receipt but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. We will notify you if there is going to be a delay on your order.

Postage
We use standard Australia Post rates and where possible we also use Couriers. Where cost is on par with Aus post, we will use couriers.

International postage is calculated according to Aust post rates for overseas.

Our refund policy: Please choose carefully when you buy. You are entitled to a refund or replacement only if the products you purchased are:

Faulty
Significantly different to those shown or described to you
Not doing what they’re supposed to do
